Retail in 2022 is brutal. Sales feel tougher, costs keep rising and what was working even a few months ago, isn’t necessarily working now.

It can also be hard, (if not impossible!) to get an overview of your business because you are so deeply in the detail each and every day.

With The Resilient Retail Strategy, you get an industry expert, who has worked with hundreds of businesses, to look over your key numbers and help you get a really good sense of where things are going well, and where you have room for improvement.

What does the Resilient Retail Strategy include?

An in-depth review of your business strategy

Following a clear structure, we take a thorough look at your business from an external and internal perspective

Kickoff Call: A 30 minute session to start our time together, and review the pre-work required so that you feel clear about how to complete it, and allowing you to ask any questions you might have.

An extensive questionnaire – you’ll be required to complete an in-depth survey of what you currently do, current sales performance and provide key metrics to help pinpoint where sales and profits can be maximised..

During this stage I will also be compiling my own notes and observations from an external perspective.

Once the pre-work has been completed, I will review the detail, and prepare for our strategy session toward the end of our second week together.

The focus of the session is to not only give you feedback on what the pre-work has uncovered, but to allow us to work collaboratively to start shaping the elements of your strategy.


After our strategy call, I will then spend time the following week preparing for an in-person day together.

We’ll spend a whole day together in London, from 10 – 3, to map out your strategy in more detail. This is a dynamic, intensive day together where we really dig into the detail of your business and create an exciting plan together that makes you feel energised and excited to get started.

The day will end with us mapping out together clear actions that you can take to move your business forward.

We will have a 60 minute call about 1 – 2 weeks after our day together to go over any questions or issues that may have come up as you start implementing the plan.

The project also gives you two-four weeks email or Whatsapp support after the final strategy review, to ask any questions you might have as you start to implement your findings.

Got questions about working together?

Don’t see what you’re looking for here?  Get in touch and we’d be happy to help

If you are unable to travel to meet in-person for our strategy day in London, then we can certainly do this part online.

However, in my experience it is very hard to work on Zoom for an extended period of time – two hours is about my maximum!

So in that case I would split our day into three sessions of 90 – 120 minutes each, split across 1 – 2 days.

I typically have one slot available for a strategy review per month, and I am currently booking for May 2023 and onwards.

Yes, you are able to join with a co-founder or business partner.

Yes, any session where we meet on Zoom is recorded and uploaded to a shared folder for you to access afterwards.  Many people prefer this as it means that they don’t need to take so many notes.

Yes, you can split the cost of the strategy package across 6 monthly payments.
